Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Returns are not accepted on sale items. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.
We will accept returns for all faulty goods. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
For change of mind returns a restocking fee of 20% of total sale amount will be deducted from the refund. Email us at sales@alinen.ischanging.com.au for return request.
Note: For health and hygiene reasons, Bed Toppers, Quilts, Quilt Protectors, Pillows, Pillow Protectors and Mattress Protectors are non-refundable unless faulty.
