Delivery

alinen.ischanging.com.au will make all reasonable efforts to deliver goods in the specified timeframe, however, Accommodation Linen will not be liable for any failure to deliver or delay in delivery for any reason. Should it not be possible to deliver the goods written notice will be given to this effect and a refund provided.

Standard orders for stocked items have a handling time of 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Shipping cost estimates are provided at checkout.

Goods will be delivered by our nominated carrier or by Australia Post under its Registered Parcel Post mailing system. Goods will be traceable under the nominated carriers system or Australia Post registered parcel system. Tracking details are shared within 12 hours of dispatch via email.

Delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping service provided.
If you require an urgent next day delivery please contact us directly.

Return Policy

alinen.ischanging.com.au will accept returns in accordance with New South Wales and Australian law.

Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Returns are not accepted on sale items.

For health and hygiene reasons, Bed Toppers, Quilts, Quilt Protectors, Pillows, Pillow Protectors and Mattress Protectors are non-refundable unless faulty.

We will accept returns for all faulty goods. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

For change of mind returns a restocking fee of 20% of total sale amount will be deducted from the refund.

Once your return is accepted a refund or credit (less all shipping fees) will be provided. Please send your return via an insured and prepaid method or contact us to arrange a return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.

We accept VISA and Mastercard payments. We currently do not accept American Express.
